Our Story
Burton is the President and founder of Hercules Health Solutions. He's natural born leader with a desire to help others, which came from over 20 years serving as a civil servant. Burton served over 20 years as a Paramedic, He spent time as a tactical medic with SWAT, a Special Operations Medic, specializing in both swiftwater & high-angle rescue. and a Flight Paramedic.
Burton's long-time career came to an unexpected end, as it did for so many 2020, only to find his calling and the opportunity of a lifetime. Burton found himself unemployed, searching for a job and personal health insurance for his family. Burton witnessed, first-hand how challenging is to find coverage.
"Out of adversity comes opportunity". This opportunity opened the door to unexpected opportunities within insurance, Hercules Health Solutions was established in July of 2021. I'm blessed with the opportunity to apply my background in healthcare and education to what I do today. "I provide clients with the knowledge they deserve. They can count on me be honest and transparent."

Where does the name "Hercules" come from?
Finding a name didn't come in a traditional way, nor was it originally created to represent our health insurance brokerage. The name “Hercules” came from my daughter, who was working on a school project and assigned to lead the group. When asked to name their group based on a Disney character matching the first letter of her last name. She settled on Hercules! The name was catchy. A powerful name from the roman mythological character known for being a champion of the weak and a great protector. This made perfect sense for what we represent within our insurance agency. We focus on exactly those core attributes which lead to a customer-focused team that lead to great protection.
