Burton is the President and founder of Hercules Health Solutions. He's natural born leader with a desire to help others, which came from over 20 years serving as a civil servant. Burton is native of Wyoming, born and raised in Gillette. After graduating high school Burton moved the bright lights of Las Vegas, where he met his wife, Amanda and began his long career in healthcare. Burton served over 20 years as a Paramedic, He spent time as a tactical medic with SWAT, a Special Operations Medic, specializing in both swiftwater & high-angle rescue. and a Flight Paramedic.

Burton's long-time career came to an unexpected end, as it did for so many 2020, only to find his calling and the opportunity of a lifetime. Burton found himself unemployed, searching for a job and personal health insurance for his family. Burton witnessed, first-hand how challenging is to find coverage.

"Out of adversity comes opportunity". This opportunity opened the door to unexpected opportunities within insurance, Hercules Health Solutions was established in July of 2021. I'm blessed with the opportunity to apply my background in healthcare and education to what I do today. "I provide clients with the knowledge they deserve. They can count on me be honest and transparent." Although Burton now calls Dallas, Texas home, he still takes care of the "Cowboy State". He is licensed and contracted with all of the top-rated insurance companies, ensuring he provides Wyoming residents with alternative options to Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Where does "Hercules" come from?

Finding a name didn't come traditionally, nor originally designed to represent our insurance brokerage. The name “Hercules” came from my daughter, Emma, who was assigned to lead a group project in high school. The group name their group was required to be a Disney character sharing the first letter of her their name.

She chose Hercules! The name was catchy, and represented a powerful character from the roman mythological times known for being a champion of the weak and great protector. This made perfect sense for what we wanted to represent at our insurance brokerage. We focus on those core attributes, lead to a customer-focused team that lead from the front, great protectors.
